BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits will go toward your service total. Please send your deposit via Zelle to: theglowticianinfo@gmail.com

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Zelle.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and could forfeit their deposit.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit.

NO-SHOW
Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.

Free parking is available for all clients.

GUEST POLICY

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, please do not bring extra guests unless previously approved.
